Grand Venetian Beachfront Condo

Great stay the condo and location were incredible!!

I booked this unit basically for the comfortable deck furniture and view and it did not disappoint. I spend a lot of time on the deck so that was very important (we even saw whales!) We were pleasantly surprised to find a king size bed instead of the full bed listed in the description. Very clean and quiet unit

This apartment sets the Gold Standard for others to steive for. Positive: We have spent around 100 nights a year in hotel rooms for the last 12 years. This is the only apartment we’ve rented that had it all. Should be the gold star standard. First the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony was very large with the most comfortable chairs and couch. The kitchen was stocked with good quality everything. Bed was very comfortable which is never a given. Decorations were tastefully chosen and placed. The heated pool was a pleasure. Great security.

Enjoyed our stay on the 24th floor of tower 3. Conveniently located to walk to stores and shopping mall. Taxi service was easy to get and appreciated at a reasonable cost. Furnishings in the condo were adequate but nothing special. Kitchen was missing some keys essentials ( a good paring knife, spatula, baking sheets,scissors, and tongs). Otherwise the appliances were in good working order and modern. Loved the balcony and daily view of ocean activity. Property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Very enjoyable and comfortable Negative: The music across the river was way too loud and annoying. Some lights need replacing in the condo
