Modern 2-Bedroom Condo with Rooftop Pool in Vibrant Versalles

Excellent stay. I would cetainly come back. Positive: The best apartment we could get for this price, considering the size of the property, modern design, location and the amenities such as a garage and the roof terrace with the swimming pool and BBQ area. Exactly as described and in the pictures. Aircon in every room with blackout blinds on the windows, the biggest shower I've had in Vallarta, excellent kitchen with all you need (oven, microwave, coffee machine, a fridge with ice making machine, salt, oil, etc). Hosts provide plenty of towels, including those for the roof terrace. There was enough shampoo/conditioner and shower gel for a few guests. The host was quick to respond and even allowed to check in 2 hours earlier. We even got a free cleaning as we stayed more than one week. The location is excellent: there is a cafe in the building with tasty meals and drinks (8 am to 3 pm Tue-Sun), Plaza Caracol shopping centre is a 10-minute walk, a few bakeries and places to eat tacos: I recommend Machuk2 Tacos y Más on C. Viena 133 or Tacos de Birria “Betty” on the corner with C. Roma. The nearest beach is just a 10-minute walk. The property is located a similar distance from Marina Vallarta and Gallerias to the north or to Malecon and Zona Romantica to the south. Negative: Nothing to be honest, except that the sunset is obstructed by a huge building on the beach (well, nothing that the hosts could change), so instead of watching it from the rooftop, go to the beach, it's a mesmerising show of colours. Just a couple of things to note (not necessarily bad): the swimming pool is not heated, which still can be useful when you need to cool down after sunbathing; the deckchairs on the roof get occupied quite quickly, so get there early.

Wonderful Positive: Very clean, super comfy bed! Negative: The views out our windows was concrete.

Positive: Todo el alojamiento está perfecto para descansar, las camas super cómodas al igual que el sofá cama. Los baños son espaciosos y suficientes para las 5 personas que fuimos. La cocina y área de lavado son bonitos y faciles de usar. En general quedamos muy contentos con la habitación completa, de ser posible volveríamos a alojarnos en este lugar Negative: Las regaderas no mantienen la temperatura de acuerdo a la perilla, salía agua muy fría o muy caliente

Super recomendable Positive: Realmente super comodo el depa con todo lo necesario para la estancia, la pasamos increíble, buena ubicación, cerca de la playa, restaurantes alrededor y tiendas de abarrotes. Es un lugar nuevo tranquilo y con una vista hermosa ya que cuenta con su alberca en las alturas. Y lo mejor con estacionamiento privado. Con gusto regreso y se los recomiendo ampliamente no se van arrepentir. Y por último la atención brindada en todo momento fue excelente, super amables y entregados a que pases unos días increíbles. Felicidades Negative: Se entiende que el condominio es prácticamente nuevo y aun le faltan mínimos detalles. Como sombrillas en los camastros. Aun no estaba instalado el asador y manerales del lavabo de baño de la piscina. La alberca no está climatizada pero créanme que con el calor después te adaptas a la temperatura. Y reitero son mínimos detalles lo cual no impidió pasarla increíble.
